We recently purchased a new home and needed to renovate a bathroom and replace kitchen counters and backsplash. Based on Thumbtack reviews for Special Finishes we went with them and are so glad we did!
Rutter is a great guy and we had great communication from the start. He understood our vision for the project and kept us in the loop daily. He and his entire team were so friendly and punctual and their craftsmanship and work quality is incredible. Our bathroom exceeded any expectations we could be dreamed of. We kept to budget and timeline as well. I highly recommend Rutter and Special Finishes and am already planning our next project with them. I have attached pictures of the finished work.
Special Finishes completely gutted and rebuilt a small bathroom for us. They were in and promised to be finished in 10 days and they did just that. Once they started, they worked every day until they finished. It was refreshing to have contractors come through on their word. The work quality was excellent.
Ruiter was great, our closing occurred one week before scheduled and he change his teams schedule around to start the job early and finished early! Special Finishes painted our entire condo, gutted and rebuilt the bathroom and installed vinyl flooring in our house, and they did this all in one week! Will definitely be calling him back for more work.
